Per the Kaiser ultrasound, the embryo is alive and measuring three days behind, with a CRL of 1.44 cm. Aaaaand, that’s all I know. The Kaiser doctor refused to measure the heart rate, claiming it was too early, which it obviously is not, since I had it done two weeks prior. So my expected assurance that things are still going OK in there was dashed. He was none too gentle with the wand and I was uncomfortable for the rest of the day. The next ultrasound is in three weeks, at week 11, with a different OB/GYN.
I bumped someone in the parking lot later that day and had to file a claim.
Overall, not a spectacular day, BUT, at least the bean’s alive.
